Who we are

We nationally represent all accommodation providers across regional hotels, motels, caravan parks and major hotel groups including Accor Hotels, IHG, Hilton, Marriott, TFE, The Star Entertainment Group, EVT, Ovolo Group, Wyndham Destinations, Big 4 Holidays Parks, Choice, Lancemore Group and Quest Apartment Hotels.

What we do

We provide essential services to our members and connect industry and government leaders to build a more sustainable partnership leading to increased economic growth, continued community support and environmental sustainability.

Our Economic Contribution

> Tourism directly contributes $55.283 billion to Australia’s gross domestic product (GDP), 3.2% of Australia’s total GDP.

> There are 598,200 people directly employed in the Australian tourism industry, 4.9% of total employment.

Accommodation businesses contributes $13 billion to the Australian economy.

There are 113,500 people employed in the accommodation industry which is 17% of total tourism employment.
