Accommodation Sector Starts 2025 with a Boost

06 January 2025:  Australia's accommodation sector is bucking cost of living trends with solid bookings for the busy January school holiday period, according to figures released by the nation's peak accommodation body.  CEO of Accommodation Australia James Goodwin said January was looking "positive" on the back of a solid December Christmas period - with occupancy levels across most capitals better than this time last year.
