Accommodation Australia Welcomes New Visitor Roadmap

27 August 2025:The nation’s peak accommodation body has welcomed the NSW Government’s new roadmap to turbocharge the state’s visitor economy.  Accommodation Australia CEO James Goodwin said the targets of 40,000 new hotel rooms, 8.5 million new airline seats, 150,000 more jobs and the aim to generate $91 billion in annual visitor expenditure by 2035 were bold, but achievable.
